- 3. Update on the new equipment installation at the Eastland Pump Station
- 4. Discuss and approve replacing a portion of our main watering where Vulcan Materials is building a rail spur from Olden to Vulcan Materials
- 5. Discuss and approve changes to our 2016 Irrigation Contracts
- 6. Review Monthly Financial Report for December 2015
- 7. Discuss and approve suggested amendments to our budget
- 8. Approve Minutes of the December 17, 2015 meeting
- 9. Approve Accounts Payable
- 10. Approve Secretary’s Reimbursement of Monthly Expenses

Discuss and approve committee findings addressing water leaks on and along our main water lines to both cities caused by water line taps or other apparatus’s failures attached to our main water lines that were not or are authorized by ECWSD also addressing a pass through billing process for these repairs.
