Wildcats Are District Champs!

The Rising Star Wildcats and Blanket Tigers went toe-to-toe last Friday evening for the 1A Division 2 District 8 championship. Both teams came into the game with 2-0 district records, vying for the title. This game, like many others with so much on the line, came down to the little things. Special teams is a part of the game that sometimes gets overlooked and taken for granted. But it’s often the difference of winning and losing.
