Former Mavericks Make History In First Ever FCA All-Star Baseball Game

Two local baseball players played in the inaugural Fellowship of Christian Athletes Baseball game held as a part of the annual FCA All-Star festival during the weekend of June 12-14th. Ten Eastland
athletes participated in the various sports. In the baseball game, the first ever to be held, which took place on Friday, June 13th in San Angelo at Colts field, 2014 graduate J.D. Coffee and fellow graduate Clay Brewer combined on the night to lead the north squad to a 3-0 victory over the all-stars from the south.
