Lady Loboes Take Game 1 of Bi-District with Bangs

The Cisco Lady Loboes, on the strength of a 4-run sixth inning, defeated the Bangs Lady Dragons in game 1 of their best of 3 series for Bi-District, 7-6.

In the sixth, Kentleigh Nichols singled to score Diana Patterson.  Jali Greene hit a ground ball to shortstop and on the play, Nichols and Tonya Thompson scored.  Marisa Pence then singled to center, scoring Greene.

Lillie Harper homered in the first, giving Cisco an early 2-0 lead.  Thompson pitched 3 innings in relief for the win, striking out 6.

Game 2 is tonight, Friday night, at Cisco.  First pitch is at 7:30 pm.
