Rising Star Livestock Raisers Fundraiser will be held Saturday, December 3 at the Higginbotham Building downtown. Christmas Festival from 10 a.m.-noon will have candy cane fishing, jingle bell toss, santa hat ring toss, ornament basketball and more for 25¢ per game.
