Rising Star FFA Competes at Texas FFA State Career Development Events

Rising Star– Members of the Rising Star FFA chapter traveled to Lubbock, TX, April 26th and College Station, TX, May 3rd to compete in the Texas Career Development Events. Rising Star FFA placed 20th out of 91 teams at the Texas FFA Cotton Evaluation CDE in Lubbock. The livestock team placed 34th out of 92 teams at the state contest in College Station. Rising Star’s livestock team qualified for the state competition by finishing 2nd in one of the state’s 10 area competitions.
