Boucher and Geye honored

The Rising Star Wildcats basketball team participated in the Zephyr tournament this past weekend. The ‘Cats started well and finished in the championship game. RS was able to defeat the Paint Rock Indians by the score of 30-20 in the first round on Thursday. Emory Geye led the way with 20 big points, Ben Boucher added 6 and Mathew Lawrence scored 4. The win moved the Wildcats into the winner’s bracket.
