A rare sight of the huge yellow machine sitting on the side rail tracks in Ranger, Texas caused a few motorists to ask, “What in the world does that machine do?” “That’s huge!” Rightly so, “there are only 38 machines like this working in the United States,” acording to the HERZOG Specialist Operator, Marcus Ehrhart.
