CONCERNED CITIZENS SPEAK AT WATER BOARD MEETING

The Eastland County Water Supply District met with concerned citizens regarding Lake Leon flooding. Dan Blacklock, a local resident of the lake, spoke on the topic of emergency spillway. His observation was the road is not at the correct level possibly due to road maintenance and settling.
