City Administrator Speaks At Lions Club

Ranger Lions Club had a large number of guests and members attending the lunch meeting in the Ranger Room last week. Among the guests were Penny Cate, new Ranger City Administrator, and Avery Rowe, Public Works Supervisor, brought by Lion Mary Wells, City Secretary.
