Lady Bulldogs Open District Play With Win

It took all 5 games to put Poolville away

The Ranger Lady Bulldogs opened their 2A District 9 Region 2 volleyball schedule this past Tuesday afternoon when they traveled to Poolville to take on the Poolville Lady Monarchs. The matchup was the first game in district play for both teams. The real season for these two teams began on Tuesday. This match was highly contested between two schools with the same talent levels. Ranger was able to pull away in game 1 to win the opener, 25-18. Game 2 would be even closer, this time the Lady Monarchs would even the match at one game apiece with a 25-2 victory.
