Still Winless in District with 1 to Play

The Ranger Bulldogs had their last game at home this past Friday. They were in search of their first district victory. The opponent for the evening’s district game was the Perrin-Whitt Pirates, a team struggling like Ranger. The Bulldogs made several trips into the Pirate red zone, however, they couldn’t convert and lost to the Pirates, 41-16. Leading the way offensively for the Bulldogs were Landon Wilkinson who had 14 carries for 53 yards. He also caught 4 passes for 30 yards. Landon scored 1 of the 2 Ranger touchdowns. Conner Motley carried the ball 12 times for 49 yards.
