Joan Ellen Richardson Obituary

Joan Ellen Richardson, 69 of Ranger, Texas passed away Thursday, February 26, 2015 at  Eastland Memorial Hospital with family by her side. 

Joan was born February 2, 1946 in Fort Worth to Robert Paul Richardson and Rosie Richardson. 

Joan was buried Monday, March 2, 2015 at Evergreen Cemetary in Ranger, Texas. Memorial Service will be held in a private room at Spring Creek BBQ on 1-35 and Alsbury in Burleson, Texas on Saturday, March 14, 2015 from 1:30 P.M. to 3:30 P.M.

Joan is preceded in death by her parents as well as two of her sisters, Debbie Lee of Rendon, Texas and Glenda Wiley of Mansfield. 

Joan is survived by her children, Annette Shue and husband, Rocky of Covington, Texas, Donald Tayne Taylor and wife, Shannon of Ranger, Texas, Rosie Elaine Reed of Gorman, Texas, William Ray Stewart and wife, Cassie of Chapel Hill, Tennessee; Grandchildren, Amanda Shue, Heather Kitchens, Rocky Shue, Jr and wife Miranda, Martin Stewart, Cassidy Stewart, and Josh Morgan; Great-Grandchildren, Evelyn Kitchens, Timothy Kitchens, Ellen Shue, Elizabeth Shue as well as several nieces and nephews. Also her  significant other/caregiver: Jackie Aiken.

Joan's favorite holiday was Christmas because she enjoyed making gifts for her family and friends, she also enjoyed doing crafts as well as helping people, she had a very big heart and will be greatly missed by many.
