Bettie E. Gray Obituary

EASTLAND – Bettie E. Gray, 92, of Eastland, passed away Monday, February 2, 2015 in Eastland.  Graveside services will be at 4:00 PM Wednesday at the Eastland

City Cemetery with Tim Dame officiating and under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.

     Mrs. Gray was born January 9, 1923 to Thomas Nathan Sharp and Effie Beatrice Elliot.  She married Glen Russell Gray in Ranger, TX.  She was a homemaker,

a home day care worker, and worked for Dr. Bulgerin in Eastland.  She was a member of the First Baptist Church.  She was preceded in death by her husband;

a son, Russell Gray; and 4 sisters, Vivian Kile, Anna Mae Sharp, Mildred Marie Squiers, and Tommie June Sharp.

     Survivors include son, Nathan Kidd, grandchildren; Patrick Lucasey, Carole Ann Kidd Fitch, Michael Kidd, Nate Kidd, and several other grandchildren,

great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
