Registration For Pre-K May 3rd

Maxfield Elementary Schoo Pre-Kindergarten registration will be from 9:00 to 2:00 on May 3, 2016. Pre-K students must be 4 years old on or before September 1, 2016. Parents must bring: A copy of their child’s: 1) birth certificate; 2) Social security card; 3) Immunizat ion record in order to be able to complete registration.
