Troy Jones cuts the ribbon at the Eastland Lions Club unveiling and dedication of a marker and a sign attached to a wheelchair handicap swing in Eastland City Park. The marker is in honor of Lion Troy Jones and states that he is a dedicated member of the community, advocate for the disabled and a devoted Lion.
