Ella Lee Feldman Ledbetter Obituary
Ella Lee Feldman Ledbetter was born in Fowler, Kansas on June 7, 1928. She was the second of ten children. She attended all grades in Fowler and graduated in June 1946. She was sponsored by a local doctor,
Doctor Robby, in Fowler and became a student nurse at Wesley Methodist School of Nursing in Wichita, Kansas. She attended nursing school until she met Harold Lloyd Ledbetter there on a blind date. They met in June 1947 and were married on October 18, 1947. They moved to Hobbs, New Mexico and later to Midland, Texas.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Emma and Ruby and one brother, Harry. She is succeed in death by five sisters: Donna, Laura, Reba, Leona and Mary and one brother Lawence.
She is succeeded in death by her husband, Lloyd and four children, Sandra, Jimmie, Deborah and Larry. Also succeeded by five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
She was always very active in everything that concerned her children. She was a Browner Scout Leader , a Senior Girl Scout Leader.
She was a Sponsor and official Score Keeper as Chaperone for Deborah's team.
She was a Cub Scout leader for Jimmie. She was a dedicated follower of all the children's High School sporting events.
Services will be 2:00 PM Sunday in Kimbrough Funeral Home Chapel burial will be in Scranton Cemetery
