Harris scores twice to keep May close
By Stephen Forester
May took its running game this past Friday to the not so friendly confines of Throckmorton, Texas…looking for their fourth victory of the season. The Throckmorton Greyhounds were looking to defend their house, and their undefeated record of 3-0. The first three quarters were back and forth with the Greyhounds carrying a slim 6-point lead into the final quarter, 40-34. The Greyhounds then scored 20 unanswered points to seal the 60-40 victory. May began the scoring in the first quarter with just a minute gone in the game, Zach Davis broke free for a 32-yard touchdown. Martin Robinette hit the extra point, giving May an early 8-0 lead.
