Sherrif Deputy Randy Hooks confirmed to newspaper this morning that a full investigation is in progress, and reports are being taken, charges of criminal mischief will be the charge.

Update: Evidence collected by sheriffs deputies at the scene. A beer can and beer bottle are being sent to crime lab for analysis.
