The Daughters of the Republic of Texas Picketville Chapter met Monday, December 14th at the Party Barn. The meeting was called to order by Donna Irby, President. The program was presented by Helen Haddock portraying Jane Long, Mother of Texas. Jean Edwards also told the story about the Cisco Santa Claus bank robbery.
