Premier Martial Arts

Master James Cox of Premier Martial Arts, Abilene, giving instruction to the February 20th Women's Self-Defense Class at MWCC in Cisco, Texas. Attendees were taken through steps of defense and then executed actual moves. Different reasons led these Women to the class; inattentiveness to their surroundings, late night and early morning commutes to and from work, rise in social violence and crime.
