First ever W.A.T.S. Sunday a Big Success

First Baptist Church of Eastland hosted a different Sunday morning worship service on Labor Day Weekend that was a huge success in reaching out and serving the community of Eastland County. The idea came from input from Matt Weaver, Assoc. Pastor/Minister to High School Students from his time spent at Pioneer Drive Baptist Church in Abilene. While attending there several years ago, Pioneer Drive began a service a couple of times a year where most of the church would go out on a Sunday morning and do service project for those in the community.
