DR. THAD J. ANGLIN, 12th Cisco College president, was honoree at a reception hosted by Cisco College at the Conrad Hilton Center recently and he was greeted by a great number including: at top left, Dr. Anglin with Ranger College president Dr. William and Mrs. Campion; Top right with State Rep./Elect Mike Lang; and at bottom Hilton Custodian Dixon Sider replacing retiring custodian John Waggoner.
