In a one hour session at City Hall Monday evening a request by Citizen Raymond W. Threet to launch a taxi service in Eastland was tabled after a semi-heated dispute between Com. Zack Darr and expensive stand-in city attorney over “shall or may” word use. Legal taxi liability appeared to be concern in John Bird motion to table.
