JH Girls In Brownwood Tourney

8th Grade is Champs! 7th finished 3rd!

The Jr. High girls basketball A-Teams participated in the Brownwood Tournament this past weekend December 12th and 13th. The 7th grade girls ended up in 3rd place. During the first game, the Lady Mavs beat Jim Ned 32 to 10. We fell to Ballinger in the second game 21 to 30 and then came back and defeated Bangs 29 to 15. This group is making great progress and getting better with every game. They have been a pleasure to coach and a lot of fun to watch.
