Eastland Hospital was effected by power fluctuation.

According to the Eastland Police Department a power substation in Mortan Valley had a malfunction causing a few buildings in town to lose power along with causing a grass fire next to the substation.  The Eastland Hospital had a air conditioner unit start smoking on count of the loss of power around town.  More details will come as things unfold.
