Work on 13th St. has begun. The asphalt zipper on the front of the front loader ‘tills’ the asphalt 3-4 inches deep. The work should take about a week for 13th. The city will also be doing 12th and 14th as part of the project. “It’s the water shed area,” said City Manager Johnny Carson, “to do the project right, work must begin here.”
