UIL State Cross-Examination Debate Meet

Cisco High School has qualified four students for the 2015-2016 University Interscholastic League State Cross-Examination Debate Meet to be held March 14-19 at the University of Texas at Austin. In district competition on Wednesday, February 3rd, Abigail Fields and Tabitha McKinney placed 1st; Reece Cary and Seth Saunders placed 2nd; and Tapanga Fagan and Marion McKinney placed 4th. Seth Saunders was also presented the golden gavel, an award given to the top speaker of the tournament. The teams of Fields/McKinney and Cary/Saunders will represent the Loboes in Austin this March.
