From its inception by Cisco Rotarian Eris Ritchie, the Annual Outstanding Citizenship Awards Luncheon saw it’s Golden Anniversary last Thursday at Noon. The Steven Hilton Theatre Room at the Mobley Hotel was filled with local dignitaries from the present and the past, to honor Jali Greene and Kotie Hoover.
