Tammy Douglas and Johnny Bob Richardson took their seats on Monday after being sworn in as the two newest elected Councilmembers. Judge Garcia administered their Oath of Office and minutes later the work began for the duo. Richardson repeated his concerns and views about the lack of city code that covers food vendors and the business that they do within the city limits.
