CPD Makes Drug Bust during Routine Traffic Stop

Last week, Officer Fagan from the Cisco Police Department received a call from dispatch concerning a reckless driver westbound at Mile Marker 334. Fagan went up to the 330 to get ahead of him. He observed the vehicle cut another vehicle off trying to change lanes. The vehicle then jumped back into the outside lane. He then just pulled over in front of the police car without Fagan having to do anything. He went ahead and pulled up behind him and turned his lights on.
