Council Approves Stage 3 Variances

Another packed house greeted the Cisco City Council this past Monday evening in the Council Chambers on Conrad Hilton in beautiful downtown Cisco, Tx. There was much discussion concerning the Stage 3 water restriction level and the possibilities of lessening the restrictions.
