There are those defining moments in time that you remember where you were ‘when this or that happened.’ For instance, you might not have been alive to remember the Santa Clause Bank Robbery but if you knew someone who was alive then, they will remember the events surrounding that awful day in Cisco. Most of us will definitely remember the day Coach West and the Cisco Loboes defeated Refugio in 2013 for the State Championship.
