Cisco’s Mayor James King; “Now, Is An Exciting Time”

With the growth of commerce, a State Championship Lobo football team and growing interests in his town, Mayor James King described his feelings of being at the helm of the City of Cisco, Texas. “It’s an exciting time,” Mayor King responded, when asked to describe his term in office so far. “’All that is transpiring here is the culmination of the past efforts of people who have envisioned better things for our City,” King related. With a City Council that is concerning themselves with creating a better life for it’s citizens as it grows and an atmosphere of prosperity for business owners, King and others have had their work cut out for them. A strong Economic Development Corporation has been instrumental in attracting new businesses.
