Carbon Texas Cowboy and Eastland High School graduate Billy Bob Brown is heading back to the College National Finals Rodeo in Casper, Wyoming, June 16th-21st, for his third time. The CNFR is the Rose Bowl of College Rodeo. Representing Tarleton State University, Billy Bob ended the preseason with the All-Round and Calf Roping Championship Titles for the Southwest Region, also helping Tarleton State Rodeo Team win the Southwest Region Men’s title.
