Lady Panthers - Co-District Champs with De Leon!

The Gorman Lady Panthers finished their district schedule last week with victories over Santa Anna and Goldthwaite. The two wins gives the Lady Panthers a share of the District Championship with De Leon. The two teams played on Mon- day for seeding purposes…that story is a separate article on the Gorman page. Yulissa Madera was strong at the plate and on the rubber in carrying the Gorman Lady Panthers to a 19-0 victory over San- ta Anna on Friday (April 22). Madera racked up six RBIs on three hits for Gorman. She homered in the second inning and doubled in the fourth inning.
