Scenes From July 4th Festivities

The July 4th weekend was a busy time in Rising Star. Shoppers enjoyed stopping at vendors’ booths downtown and at the city-wide garage sales. Many people turned out to watch the parade and kids got to enjoy the jumping booth, water slide and Freedom Train at the park. Saturday’s festivities ended with a spectacular fireworks show in the City Park.
