New Salon and Boutique Opens

Caroline’s Classic Cuts and Boutique recently opened in downtown Rising Star. The salon is located at 115 N. Main (formerly Joe’s Dinner), and the building has a totally new look. interior has been completely remodeled and equipped with new furnishings. Jenny Covington, owner and stylist, said that she wants to invite everyone to come by and check out the new shop. Caroline’s is a full service salon that provides a variety of beauty care for the entire family.
