Many people were on hand for the Rising Star Chamber of Commerce’s ribbon cutting for the Crazy Horse Saddle Tack & Mercantile during the store’s Grand Opening, Saturday, November 5. Owner, Melissa Lain has a good selection of new and used horse tack, women’s apparel, jewelry and equine first-aid supplies.
