.Branda’s Hair Salon and Spa Open House Ribbon Cutting

The Chamber of Commerce had an Open House Ribbon Cutting, Thursday, uly 9 at 8:30 am for Branda Hickman, owner of Branda’s Hair Salon and Spa located in down- Branda’s Hair Salon and Spa Open House Ribbon Cutting town Rising Star. She isnow open for business. She had cookies and punch for everyone. Those attending the  ibbon cutting were Jewel Smick, Linda Roitsch, Debbie Winfrey, FrankAgnew, John Mashburn, Bonne Mashburn, Jim Carpenter, and Judy Green. Bonnie Mashburn took the pictures.  .
