“The Old West” Cisco Civic League would like to announce the 3rd Annual Miss Folklife Pageant, in conjunction with the Folklife Festival. This year, we are trying something new! We will be dressing in the theme of “The Old West” in honor of how Cisco came to be! We encourage you to use your imagination to its’ fullest! Remember, there weren’t just cowboys in the old west. Cisco was once a great oil booming town!
