TxDOT HOLDS MEETING ABOUT RANGER HILL I-20 PROJECT

At Ranger High School Tuesday, TxDOT held a public hearing concerning Ranger Hill. This part of Interstate 20 has cost many lives in the past and was begging a new design to enhance traffic flow and safer travel. The plans are to widen the roads as well as make a truck only lane for trucks going up the hill. The grade also known as leveling of the road will be done to help with climbing the hill. The project involved 89 acres of property to be purchased from private land owners.
