ECWSD EXPECTING BIDS FOR PLANT IMPROVEMENTS

Eastland County Water Supply District met in full session Thursday night, September 18th, at the Filtration Plant and Offices. The Board heard the scheduled update from engineers with Hibbs and Todd. The firm informed the Board that they had sent out packets for bids on the improvement of the rawwater plant improvements and had finalized the plans for the Clearwell project.
