Jimmy Leroy Bible

Jimmy Leroy Bible, 74, of Brownwood went to be with the Lord on June 29, 2016.

Jimmy was born August 14, 1941 in Okra, Texas to Ernest and Opal Bible. He grew up in Nimrod, Texas and attended school at Scranton.

Jimmy was a fine musician and singer. He lived in Brownwood and became a master plumber for many years.

Jimmy is survived by two daughters, Janet Adkerson of Mississippi, and Lisa Bible of Abilene; three sons, Jimmy Jr. of Virginia,

Paul Bible of Coleman and Tommy Bible. Also his siblings, Sandra Harwell of Cisco, Audie Vass of Eastland, Larry Bible of San Angelo,

Sherry Purdom of Eastland, Ricky Bible of Cleburne and Mark Bible of Eastland.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Opal; a sister, Alice Sue Bible; three brothers, Dearl Bible, Don Bible and Bobby Bible.

Graveside Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 2, 2016 at Nimrod Cemetery under the direction of Kimbrough Funeral Home of Cisco.
