Bobby Louis & Nelda Yvonne Roberts Obituary

  MORAN – Bobby Louis, 70, and Nelda Yvonne Roberts, 78, died just hours apart on April 1, 2016 at their home.

   A double memorial service was held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at the Moran Cemetery Pavilion under the direction of

Bailey-Howard Funeral Home of Clyde.  

  Bobby was born January 19, 1946 in Ranger to Bob Marshall and Ester Arlene (Tindall) Roberts. He attended school in Breckenridge and was a member of

Calvary Baptist Church in Breckenridge, but attended Moran First Baptist Church. He was a truck driver for Bean Trucking for 25 years. Bobby married Yvonne

McGough on September 6, 1979 in Taylor County. 

   Yvonne was born August 10, 1937 in Woodson to Charlie and Mary (Lusk) McGough. She attended school in Woodson and received her LVN from the Breckenridge

nursing school. She was a member of the Woodson Church of Christ.

   Bobby is survived by three sons, Bobby Gene Roberts and wife Barbara, Scott Marshall Roberts and wife Lisa, Mark Huston Roberts and wife Marlene; a daughter,

Kelly Ann (Roberts) Treta and husband Rich; sisters Mary Jean Childs and Joann Marshallene Wilks. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Yvonne.

   Yvonne is survived by five sons, Kerry Charles Gilmore, Jerry Don Gilmore, Terry Dale Gilmore, Garry Dean Gilmore and wife Cynthia, Darrell Wayne Gilmore

and wife Sheree; a brother, Duane McGough; 13 grandchildren, Brandi Jo Gilmore, Cody Don Gilmore, Todd Vincent Gilmore, Kimberly Ann Fowler, Troy Dale

Gilmore, Jayce Terrell Gilmore, Christopher Kyle Gilmore, Dalton Chase Gilmore, Chayton Connor Gilmore, Braydon Thomas Gilmore, Kody Ryan Gilmore,

Chanda Lee Stuard and Krista Brianne Alexander and 12 great grandchildren. 

   She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, Helen McGough, E.O. McGough, Curtis McGough, Robbie O’Dell, Mary Charles Johnson, Ruby Mitchell and Mabel Larned.
