Benjamin Lee (Ben) Thompson Obituary

   CISCO- Benjamin Lee (Ben)Thompson, 72 of Cisco, passed away Sunday, January 25, 2015 at Hendrick Medical Center.  Graveside services will be held, Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at Oakwood Cemetery in Cisco under the direction of Kimbrough Funeral Home.

   Ben was born August 2, 1942 in Lewisville, Texas to William Frank Thompson and Edna Mae (Brown) Thompson. He married Marilyn Frances Long, May 23, 1959 in Denton, Texas. He was a mechanic.

   Ben is survived by his wife Frances of Cisco; daughters: Terry Ballinger and husband Richard of Cisco, Penny Burns and husband Douglas of Cisco. Sons: Benjie Lin Thompson of Cisco, Steve Alan Thompson and wife Caroline of Lewisville. Brothers: Danny Thompson of Lamkin, Ronnie Thompson and wife Shirley of Pritchet, Donnie Long and wife Dianne of Dallas, Jimmy Long and wife Margie of Ben Franklin Texas. Sisters: Shirley Sue Gomez and husband Joey of Lewisville, Verda Carson and husband Jr of Lamkin. Grandchildren: Joshua Franklin Walls and wife Shanna, Leanna Lynn Blakeley and husband Chris, Christopher Dewayne Burns and wife Krystal, Samantha Ranae Cormier and husband Darren, Steve Austin Thompson, Shelby Caitlynn Thompson. Great Grandchildren: Damian Nathaniel Walls, Chelsea Leann Walls, Madison Grace Blakeley, Cagan Blakeley, James Franklin Walls, EmmaLee Frances Walls, Evalynn Grey Burns, Shelby Cormier and Joseph Cormier.
