Gorman FFA Places 30th in Texas FFA State Career Development Event

Members of the Gorman FFA chapter traveled to Texas A&M, 5/3/2014, to compete in the state Vet Tech Career Development Event. Career Development Events (CDEs) build on what is learned in agricultural classes and encourage members to put their knowledge into practice. Approximately 12,700 students began the statewide-tournament in 28 different events which reflect classroom instruction in technical, leadership, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
