At a monthly meeting of The Upper Leon Soil and Water Conservation District #525 the board chairman John A. Gerhardt from Cisco was presented a plaque from the State Soil and Water Conservation Board to Upper Leon SWCD for “75 YEARS OF PUBLIC SERVICE”. Making the presentation was Charlie Upchurch, State representative from the state office in Temple, Texas. Also a plaque of appreciation was presented to John A. Gerhardt, Board chairman for his 20 years of service as a board member and chairman of our board.
