Local Athletes Fare Well @ FCA All-Star Friday

In my opinion, these are the best All-Star games to be involved in, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) All-Star Weekend.

Friday afternoon, Coach Trey Felan of Ranger, Christian Uhlhorn of Ranger, Hayden Carr of Eastland and Flavio Herrera of Gorman participated in the FCA All-Star Baseball game.  

Uhlhorn, for his clutch hitting late, was named the Jerry Don Gleaton MVP!!!  Great job, guys!

Friday evening, Lillie Harper,  Tonya Thompson and Marisa Pence, all of Cisco HS, participated in the FCA All-Star Softball game.

Both Harper and Pence contributed with hits and RBIs, Thompson was the winning pitcher, pitching shut out ball the last 2 innings.  Great job, ladies!!!

Tonight at 7 pm, the boys play the All-Star Football game at Shotwell Stadium.
