The ‘Spotted Zebra’ Struts Its Stuff

Suzonne Franks, with vibrant, smiling eyes, told me that her daughter thought she had overdone herself by opening a Boutique on top of all of the other ventures and adventures in which she was involved. Mrs. Franks replied to her daughter, “I looked on my schedule and I had 30 extra minutes of time that was left, so I thought I would open a boutique!” Lo and Behold. The Spotted Zebra trotted into town. Cisco is the town attracting many others from different parts of the state with its unique attractions.
